Modules of services & fees for entrepreneurs

the fees for on-going legal services (permanent or for a specified period of time) or for a given contract of mandate are settled individually, and the following options are possible to choose from:

• the hourly fee calculated by multiplying the settled rate for each hour of legal service provided by the Law Office by number of working hours spent on realising the service,
• the lump-sum fee, i.e. the fixed fee agree in advance paid on a one-off basis or periodically (e.g. monthly),
• the fee resulting from the combination of the lump-sum fee (an agreement on the number of hours covered by that lump-sum) and the hourly fee fixed for the additionally commissioned services of the Law Office.
