Legal representation before Courts and public bodies or preparation of a pleading

e.g. statement of claim (action),  motion, appeal, complaint,  extraordinary remedy, private or subsidiary indictment

the fee, besides the basic criteria, is also  settled with taking into account the value of the subject matter of a dispute; the fee is fixed individually in each case, however the Regulation of 22 October 2015 of the Minister of Justice regarding fees for actions of the legal advisers (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1804), as amended, has the auxiliary application.
